The Very Hungry Caterpillar, by Eric Carle is one of our favourite books... and a well loved children's classic across the world.
It's no wonder that when I first saw the Very Hungry Caterpillar as a theme for birthday parties I knew straight away that I just *had* to do one.. and with my son turning one I thought it was the perfect theme.
The catering was so easy as we just used the book for inspiration. We ate what the caterpillar ate!
It was a really fun day and with a few small details, all came together nicely and easily :)
